got rid of my cell phone , a long long time ago , over a year really.....

People think i am nuts.... but i live better and happier without it.... has anyone else taken this leap to get rid of their phone ????

    Pretty much the same here. I moved to a new area 5 years ago, and brought my cell phone along with me, but never bothered to get service from another vendor. The phone sat and gathered dust for a year or so. Finally I threw it in the trash. Haven't missed it any.
