i have had a new job for a year. and at least 2 days out of the 3 i have to work, i am stuck on the phone. my worst nightmare, being customer service. i hate it, i hate it, i hate it. every time that phone rings i get sick to my stomach. i have to get info from the evil people on the phone. and they all talk a mile a minute. what do they think i know short hand! don't they realize you can only write so fast. and if you ask them to repeat they get all out of shape. phones. i'll say it again, "the devils tool".
