So, I made the periodic call back to "home" to say 'howdy' to the parents. And my mother cut me short and said 'goodbye.' Now, that's a first. I had to giggle.

    frequently calls to my Mom last a mere few minutes.....especially if I call early in the day....she usually has to run to the bathroom.......but since the hurricane I call her at least every other day......
