I'm glad to know there are a few others out there.
I feel like I'm in prison when I'm on the phone. As if the life force were being drained from my body. It's torture.

Wed, October 10, 2007 - 10:50 AMThere are others including myself who don't like phones. My cousin doesn't like them either. Best solution is to turn the ringer off, and get an online toll free voice mail, e.g. onebox.com. It works great for all these businesses who *demand* a phone number from me :D
I have been pressured for years, but still refuse to get a cell phone. -

Sat, October 13, 2007 - 4:46 PMIt infuriates my friends, esp my ex, that I have the ringer on my cell off most of the time, and that I don't pick up even when I know it is ringing.
None of them have ever had a phone job. That would cure anyone of liking telephones.
